I just returned from a coffee experience trip to Colorado. Lots of great times that I’ll be blogging about in the next few weeks, including some great new offerings and a couple of new Coffee Junkies also.
For now though, I’m wondering about a survey that my hotel sent me. I stayed in the Towneplace Suites in downtown Denver.
Dear David Powers:
We recently invited you to participate in our guest survey. If you have already completed the survey, thank you and please accept our apology for the additional e-mail.
If you have not completed the survey, we invite you to participate in our guest survey about your experience at Denver Downtown TownePlace Suites beginning January 07, 2010.
By completing this survey, you may be contacted by the hotel to help improve the quality of service provided. We sincerely thank you for sharing your opinions as we continue to do our best to make each stay enjoyable.

That’s it. No money offered, no points added to my Marriott Rewards, nothing, nada. In this day and age, do you really have time to complete this with no pay. I got better things to do, like play Zuma or check out my Facebook buds.
If I had problems, I would’ve complained while I was there.
In the end, doesn’t a survey like this really just turn out to be nothing more than canned spam?
