Dunkin’ vs. Starbucks in a Social Media Beatdown


There’s a great article in this month’s Fast Company about social media. I know you’re probably tired of hearing the term. Everybody seems to be the expert on it now. At least a half-dozen articles on it in every business magazine. Aarrgghh!

This one’s good though, ’cause it talks about coffee. Not just coffee, but a fight between coffee giants Starbucks and Dunkin’ Donuts. The Seattle Mermaid vs. the (who is a figurehead for Dunkin’?)…big fat guy (I guess?).

  1. I clicked on the link. It seemed like a long winded way to say, treat people right and let them feel like they are a part of something and they will more than likely become a loyal customer. I wonder how much money they spent to have those people tell them that. I would have told them for free.
