There’s a great article in this month’s Fast Company about social media. I know you’re probably tired of hearing the term. Everybody seems to be the expert on it now. At least a half-dozen articles on it in every business magazine. Aarrgghh!
This one’s good though, ’cause it talks about coffee. Not just coffee, but a fight between coffee giants Starbucks and Dunkin’ Donuts. The Seattle Mermaid vs. the (who is a figurehead for Dunkin’?)…big fat guy (I guess?).
